ABOUT

The American Dream is being torn apart.  It is up to us to save it and revive it.  We are the keepers, the unwavering, immutable center of America.  We are CORE.

 

Objectives & Mission:

 

  • Support the Constitution of the United States of America.

  • Support the principles of freedom, equality and justice.

  • Commit to being God-fearing, law-abiding conservative free thinkers.

  • Commit to standing together to save our country and the American dream through prayer, education, and grass roots action.

  • Seek coalition with groups with the same aspirations to cement commitments to our goals by consolidating resources.

  • Support candidates who share our conservative beliefs, ideals, and values.

  • Maintain our concern and vigilance for national security, election integrity, law and order, immigration control, and education free from indoctrination.

  • Work to improve and expand voter education and involvement.

Membership:

​

  • Any individual is eligible for membership with CORE Durham as long as that individual is committed and dedicated to following and supporting CORE Durham’s objectives and mission as stated in Article 2 of these by-laws.

  • Membership in CORE Durham is not dependent on the individual’s political affiliation. Republicans, Unaffiliates and Democrats are welcome provided their commitment to Article 3a is maintained.

  • Existing members are highly encouraged to seek out and invite other conservative principled individuals to join the organization throughout the year. Individuals desiring to join CORE Durham and attend meetings may do so at any time.

Dues & Funding:

​

  • The annual dues for CORE Durham are voluntary donations but are encouraged as those funds, plus occasional member donations, finance the activities of the organization.

  • Annual dues for individuals shall be $25, for couples shall be $40 and for families shall be $50 – which covers children residing in the primary residence.

  • Adjustments in the dues structure (voluntary or mandatory) and/or the annual amounts shall be brought before and voted on by the membership at the annual meeting.

  • CORE Durham shall be self-funded by the members. No funding will be accepted from any organization, company, agency, political party, or special interest group.

  • The fiscal year shall be the calendar year, January 1 to December 31.
